Epoxy or polyurea — which should I get?
We offer both. See the side-by-side comparison, and we'll recommend one at your quote.
Will the floor be slippery?
No. We mix an anti-slip additive into the topcoat so your floor has grip even when it's wet, and flake floors add extra texture of their own. Like any hard floor, it can get slick with snow, ice or oil sitting on it, so wipe up spills and melting snow when you can. Want even more grip on steps, ramps or a shop floor? We can make the texture more aggressive.
My basement gets damp. Can it still be coated?
Often yes. We install moisture systems under the coating when the slab needs it.
