How we do it

  1. 01

    Diamond grind

Grinding removes old sealers, stains and the weak top layer so the coating can grip.

  2. 02

    Repair & fill

Cracks, chips and pits are filled and ground flush. Damp slabs get a moisture system.

  3. 03

    Base coat

The epoxy or polyurea base coat goes down and bonds into the concrete.

  4. 04

    Decorative layer

Flake is broadcast into the wet coat, or metallic pigment is worked in (epoxy), for the look you picked.

  5. 05

    Clear topcoat

A UV-stable clear topcoat locks it all in and adds texture for grip.

Why epoxy

  • Thick, hard surface that resists oil, chemicals and hot-tire marks
  • The widest range of looks, including metallic finishes
  • Builds thick, so it's the go-to for rough or badly worn floors
  • Good to know: install takes 2–3 days, plus 1–2 days to cure

Why polyurea

  • Fast: installed in 1 day, with a 1-day cure
  • Flexible, so it handles freeze-thaw swings without cracking
  • UV-stable, so it won't yellow in an open garage
  • Good to know: works best on floors in decent shape. Very damaged slabs may need epoxy

DAMP BASEMENT?

Moisture systems for basements

Basement slabs can push moisture up from the ground, and that moisture is one of the top reasons floor coatings bubble or peel. We test your slab first. When it's needed, we install a moisture-blocking primer under your epoxy or polyurea so the new floor stays bonded.

  • We test the slab before recommending anything
  • Helps stop bubbling, peeling and lifting
  • Lets you coat basements that otherwise couldn't be coated
  • Standing water or active leaks need fixing at the source first

METALLIC EPOXY

A one-of-a-kind, marble-like floor

Metallic pigments are worked into the epoxy by hand, creating swirls and depth that look like polished stone. No two floors come out the same. It's great for basements, showrooms, offices and retail spaces.

  • Custom color blends
  • Same tough, easy-clean epoxy underneath
