Grind & Seal
Built for warehouses, shops, storage buildings and other big spaces that don't need a fancy finish, just a floor that's protected and easy to maintain. We grind the slab clean and seal it, stopping dust and stains for much less than a full coating.
How we do it
- 01
Clean & inspect
We clear the floor, lift oil spots and check for cracks or moisture.
- 02
Diamond grind
Grinding removes stains, glue and old coatings and exposes fresh concrete. A deeper grind can show more of the stone.
- 03
Fill & smooth
Cracks and pits are filled, then the floor is refined with finer diamonds for a smooth finish.
- 04
Seal
A penetrating sealer or clear coat is applied to harden the surface, stop dusting and resist stains.

- It's a practical finish, not a showpiece. Old repairs and stains may still show a little
- Want a high-shine look? See polished concrete
- Heavy chemicals, hot washdowns or forklift traffic? Urethane cement or epoxy may be a better fit
- Sealers need refreshing from time to time to keep their protection
