Microtop is a thin cement-based topping that resurfaces worn pool decks and patios without tearing them out. It covers cracks, stains and rough spots with a fresh, slip-resistant finish that's comfortable on bare feet.

How we do it
- 01
Clean & prep
We pressure wash, remove loose material and old coatings, and profile the deck so the topping bonds.
- 02
Repair & protect
Cracks are repaired, and coping, tile and drains are masked off to keep the pool clean.
- 03
Apply microtop
Thin coats of microtopping are troweled or sprayed on and textured for grip.
- 04
Seal
A sealer protects the deck from pool chemicals, water and stains.

Good to know
- Decks that are heaving or badly broken may need repair or replacement first
- Resealing from time to time keeps it looking new
- The deck needs to stay dry and off-limits while it cures. We'll tell you when it's ready
- Deck uneven or heaved? We can level it first with an overlayment
