Road salt, water and freeze-thaw cycles break down outdoor concrete fast. We can stain your driveway or patio a rich, natural-looking color and then seal it to keep water and salt out, so it lasts longer and looks better. Want just protection? We'll seal it as is.
Give plain grey concrete real color
Stain soaks into the concrete and creates a rich, mottled finish, like the warm brown driveway at the top of this page. Because it's in the concrete and not on top, it won't peel or flake like paint. We seal it after staining to lock in the color and protect it from Minnesota winters.

How we do it
- 01
Deep clean
We pressure wash and treat oil and rust stains so the sealer can soak in.

Repair
Cracks and chipped spots are filled so water can't get underneath. See concrete repair.

Stain (optional)
Once the concrete is fully dry, we apply your stain color. It soaks into the surface instead of sitting on top like paint.

Apply sealer
We apply an even coat of sealer that repels water and salt.
